I recently preordered Diablo 3 CE from my local BB (I believe Box #301) and I've heard some things about the availibility of preorders after midnight releases, especially with games that are becoming limited every day. CE for Diablo 3 is pretty hard to come by so I can only imagine how many is left in BB. My question is, if I'm not there at the Midnight release to pick up my CE will they still hold onto it?

I know it may vary here and there in different stores, and I'm still wavering on the fact if I should attend the Midnight Release or just go in the morning.

Hi Octopi,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for bringing up your concern about your CE preorder. I can understand your feelings since as we get closer to release day, the CEs are becoming more and more scarce!

If you can't make it to a midnight release (or want to sleep!), your preorder should be held at the store for five days after release day. For Diablo III, you would have until 5.20.12 before the store could release your copy to be sold from the shelves. I would, however, encourage you to get to the store as soon as you can!
