Bought this last night and called twice about it today and no one seems to know what's going on. The money was taking out of my bank account already and posted to it as well. I bought a Playstation Plus Subscription for 3 months and still have no received the code in my email!!!! The status on the order status button says READY TO DOWNLOAD!!!! I mean how hard is it to send a code out to me when I already paid for it?? Seriously this will be the last time I purchase any thing digitally on this site.

Gotta say this place is pretty terrible with customer service. Sent a message to pretty much every mod on this god forsaken place and most of them read my message and did i get a reply? NOPE! Pi$$ poor customer service, that goes for email, and phone service as well. Every one I spoke to is clueless on the matter. When I told the one guy my order status said READY TO DOWNLOAD he was like Really?? Huh..... WOW Unreal, I don't think I'll be purchasing too much more stuff on this site.

I realize you probably choose the digital download option in order to get your PlayStation Plus subscription right away so I'm sorry that didn't process as quickly as you expected. Although digital downloads typically do process within hours, there can still be hang-ups with verifying all of your information and running it through our various checks so that may have been the case here.
I was able to locate your order and it looks like it has since fulfilled and you should have gotten an email by now. For good measure, I retriggered that code to be sent yet again just in case you didn't get the email the first time. Please be sure to check your junk/filtered mail folders as well because your email provider may have routed them there.
Let me know if you still don't have your code and I'll make sure we get you taken care of.

It's all good RDude86. I totally get the feeling of utter frustration when you're not getting anywhere with Customer Service so no worries. Thanks for saying something though! I'm just glad we could get you taken care of.
