Console returns

Alright, through a series of infuriating events I ended up buying a console to replace a console I thought was broken. Once I hooked everything up, things still weren't working correctly. Now, since I've ended up with a console I actually don't need I was wondering what the policy was on returning consoles that have been opened. Nothing is really said on the receipt, but I'm wondering if I actually can return it and if so will there be a restocking fee.

Thank you for any help.

Re: Console returns

Hey mutanttoaster -

You should be fine to return it without a restocking fee as long as it's still with the 30 day return period.  We actually only charge a restocking fee on special order items now.  Customer Service will obviously check to make sure everything is there and it hasn't been damaged but you should be good to go!
