Charged $20 For the Destiny 2 Beta

I canceled my pre order for Destiny 2, but was only refunded ~$30 for the game, and Best Buy kept $20 for the BETA CODE. Last time I checked, beta's were meant to be free. And I looked around about other sites/stores, and it appears Amazon, Gamestop, Walmart, etc. have not charged their customers a dime for canceling their order after they received their code. Please tell me that there is someone/something that is going to correct this, I feel cheated out of my money, and honestly this is making me consider never ordering anything from Best Buy again. If I could get an explanation as to why I haven't received my full refund, I would greatly appreciate it.

Please know that the charge for the Beta code was an error in our system that affected a very small number of orders. That said this is something I’ll be happy to take care of for you, however I do require some information to be of assistance.
