I purchased a game yesterday and received the confirmation email(s) but am unable to log in to the digital library. I keep getting the message that says 'The username and password entered do not match our records.', or something along the lines of that. I am absolutely certain that I am typing everything correctly, after having reset my password and my email to no avail.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a hard time logging into your Digital Library. Not being able to log into something when you absolutely know the credentials are correct is something I find very frustrating and I completely understand where you’re coming from.
That being said, there are a few things I’d like to ask. Are you logging in using your login credentials from BestBuy.com? If you are, is the address you have attached to your account correct and valid? If the address is not valid or correct, you’d be unable to log in to our Digital Library.

Okay, I'm assuming that you mean shipping address - and yes, it is correct and valid. I set it as my primary shipping address if that makes any difference. I tried logging in again and - once more - it's not working. I haven't added a credit card number to my account as I paid with PayPal when buying the game. Would that make a difference?

It has been a little while since you've posted, have you been able to log into our Digital Library? When it is your first purchase through Digital Library there can be some time before you're able to log in. TNormally, it is a short amount of time while we are processing your initial order.
