Call of Duty Elite Code

I purchased Call of Duty Elite and it said I would get a code emailed to me. I never received the email to redeem my code. Help, thanks!

Hi kangastu,

 

Thanks so much for posting about not receiving your Call of Duty Elite code. It's my understanding this should've been printed directly on your receipt and additionally emailed to you. The most immediate resolution would be to return to the store to have your code properly processed. Alternatively, I can investigate what happened if you would send me your Customer Service Pin of your purchase of the product. The Customer Service Pin is located toward the bottom of the receipt after the big paragraph, "Dear Valued Customer." To send a private message, click on the icon in my signature.

I did receive a code on my receipt, but where does one enter the code?  Call of Duty's web site?  I can't find a place to enter it and I was hoping you could confirm that.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for your question! You should be able to enter the code into your "redeem code" section on your console. For example, if you have an Xbox 360, just hit your Xbox button in the middle of the controller and pan all the way over to the left. You should see a "redeem code" place to enter the 25-character code.

 

I'm an Xbox user, so I'm not entirely sure where you would enter it into PS3 or PC, but I would assume it's a similar process - it's entered into your console, not any place in the actual game.

So it looks like I didn't receive the XBox code on my receipt.  I only have a "registration ID" that looks like it's an internal Best Buy identifier for my purchase.

Mariel as a heads up as I don't know if you are aware, these people that bought elite membership and haven't received the code yet are in a true predicament.

If you enter the elite premium code in before November 13th you receive founder status. After the 13th this promotion ends and can no longer get the title.

The title includes various things like a tag and callsign, emblem and other perks.

So time is kind of important on this one.

I got mine taken care of today after callin support at Best Buy. Also, they are extending the Founder status deadline until the end of the month after the delays for launch

Hmm good to hear on the founder status.

I only heard of elite premium members Getting an extra month.
