On Tuesday i bough Batman Arkham City and the cashier offered me the buy back program, which was 5 dollars and if i returned it in 2 years i would my money back. Ive been checking on the website and i check for the buy back program but the program doesnt say anything about video games. Is there any way that some one could confirm if the what the cashier told me was true or not

That isn't the buyback program. That is the black tie protection which gives you scratch coverage on your disk where if it stops functioning you can get the game swapped for another copy of the same game if it is still available.

Why would the guy tell me that if i did the buy back thing i would get my money back

Maybe you misunderstood just think of the logic in that for $5 you could bring the game back in almost 2 years and get your money back for a game that would probably be worth less than half of what you paid for it at the time.if you go look at the trade in value of it its already $30 like the other poster said that was the scratch protection coverage for $5 .In any case I'm sorry if you were misinformed maybe it was a new worker of best buy who didn't really know what he was talking about
