I recently purchased a game from best buy's used game department. They mailed me the game for the wrong console. It's been a month and I finally received the replacement and they sent me the wrong game again. It's not rocket science. Lets see if they get it right the third time. I've never had a problem with best buy before by who ever is running the used game section doesn't know what they are doing. You're better off buying from your local gamestop.

Hi CoolGuy123,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your comments about the Best Buy trade in program. I'm sorry to hear about some of the troubles you had with receiving the correct title with the correct console. As a gamer, I would be a bit irritated too. I know that we are always looking to make the trade in program as easy and quick as we can, and hopefully you are able to receive the right thing!
Your comments are truly appreciated and will help us make purchasing a preowned game a better experience! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

We'll see what happenes. After sending me the wrong game twice I finally received a return shipping label yesterday. Hopfully I get the right game this time. Customer service has been very helpful. I think it falls appart at the warehouse level. Wish me luck.

I received a call from customer service today. We finally resoved the issue. I was given a refund for more money then I paid to cover the higher cost for the same game at gamestop. I would have been ok with bestbuy shipping the right game but the customer service rep was concerned that I would again receive the wrong game. I just ordered it from gamestop and should have it in a few days.

While I'm glad to hear that it was resolved, I'm still troubled that you might've received the wrong game again. I will be sure to let the appropriate business parties know. There may have been some sort of mix up that we will want to correct for the future. Thanks for hanging in there!
