Today I went to bestbuy to trade in games, knowing that on your trade in page, as well as your gaming deals page, Bestbuy was offering an extra 50% trade in credit when pre-ordering Diablo 3 or Ufc Undisputed 3. When I got there, I went through with the pre-order until getting to the extra percentage screen. When there, the employee told me it wasn't there, and that she would try and get an answer for me. An hour and a half went by for me to be told they won't do anything for me and that it doesn't exist. enraged, I walked out with my games and didn't trade them in. I'm quite unhappy with how everything went, as I was really looking forward to using the extra trade-in credit towards the Darkness II on tuesday. The extra credit would have given me enough giftcard money to pay very little on the game, which would be great seeing as I'm strapped for cash. I wouldn't be as angry if it weren't for the fact that I got no answers for well over an hour just to get told to take it or leave it in the end. So if anything, please get your team to take that deal off the website.

Thanks for your post regarding the trade in bonus for preordering UFC or Diablo III. After some research, it sounds like the store was misinformed and you should've received that bonus trade in amount. I confirmed with our communications to the store that it is listed as a valid promotion until 2.11.12. I truly apologize for this inconvenience and it sounds like you were really looking forward to cashing in on the extra bonus to get more games.
