Bestbuy has stopped stocking SOE time cards?
I can't find them on the online site and local ones all have no stock. So came to the conclusion BestBuy has stopped stocking them?
According to the SOE website, bestbuy was selling exclusive Eq/Eq2 time cards... at 15 each.
So ... whats up !

Howdy,
I too am seeking an answer to this question. Is it a matter of SOE gamecards being an in store only item?
They sell Free Realms cards but I desire to use my bestbuy giftcard to purchase game time for Everquest II.

Ok, so here is your requested follow-up:
They are now past the out-of-stock date and have been deleted from our system. It is possible that one of our higher volume stores (check your local area, ask!) still carry them, but not likely.
If you have any further questions, you can message me directly and I'll be sure to help you out.

The question here though is if they will restock anytime soon? Sony tells me that its upto the stores to decide to stock them or not.
If they don't plan to, will someone kick sonys butt and tell them to stop advertising on their mainpage LOL
If theresn o plan to restock is there any reason given?

I just saw one of those last week in our store.
SOE has moved from time cards for each game to a time card for all of their games.
So you will not find a time card just for EQ or EQ2, but a time card that will cover all of SOE's games, you will need to enter the code in the game you wish to play.

Sony has been doing that for a few years now. The one time card will cover a monthly Subscription to Everquest, Everquest 2, or Planetside. I have seen them in our local best buy stores as well. But the only ones i ever see them carrying is the 30-day cards I have to go someplace else in town to get the 90-Day cards.

Thanks for the answer.
I was hoping to see an SOE/EQII gamecard I could order. Living in a Rural area makes getting to a bestbuy a bit harder.
//Edit:
I apologize, I should have waited to speak just a moment more.. The freerealms card avaliable on your website works on all Station games not just the FreeRealms game. This was not clear on your page:
but cleared up by sony here: http://eq2players.station.sony.com/news_archive_co
Perhaps updating the product description would prevent this mistake for future prospective customers.

Xang! NO DON'T BUY THAT! Its not game time!
Thats station cash, those are cards used for Micro-transactions in Everquest/Everquest 2/Free Realms. They are not used for game-time.
Made that mistake already!!!!!
As for having one card that covers all their games, thats been going on for years, actually the card box is out of date Matrix Online was closed down earlier this year.
I still can't find the game time cards on the bestbuy site.
Local bestbuy has no cards and says no plans to restock, this is getting confusing.
