Best Buy customer service in gaming

Firstly, excuse me if this is the wrong place. I went into store #260 (Fiesta Mall) location and this is the 2nd time I've received excellent help in the gaming Department. Today the girl working there (didn't catch a name, but she had dark brunette hair) was extremely helpful and knowledgable. These are the types of people companies need to hire, they know what they're talking about and are happy about the work they do.

I always see people take the time to point out negative things, so I thought it would be nice for a change to see the good sides of someone enjoying their job while being helpful.

Always Great to hear the good!

Btw did the gaming specialist check you out? If so there will be a survey number on the bottom of your receipt. Fill out the phone survey. These surveys are heard and considered through corporate.
