Hello,

I puchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 last night , and have not been able to download the software.

I've taken the preliminary troubleshooting steps (temporarily disabled AV/Firewall, deleted destination folder, restarted machine), which unfortunately did not yield success.

The status immediately switches to "Download Error" once the "Begin Download"  or "Restart" button is clicked.

On the rare occasion it doesn't fail immediately, it just hangs at 0%.

Any suggestions or insight would be helpful.
