I have recently reinstalled my operating system and now I am having problems installed Battlefield Bad Co 2 that I purchased as a digital download.  I have used the best buy app to download it and now when I go to install it.  It is only giving me a choice to install manually and asks me for a disc.  Any ideas on where I can find the files on my hard drive or should I uninstall the app and reinstall and download over again?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your game; that doesn't sound too fun at all. If you reinstalled your operating system, chances are a lot of data was overwritten during the installation. I would actually recommend uninstalling the PC App and download the game again to make sure it is installed properly.
