I've got an update for you. It looks like you preordered the physical copy when we were still offering that, but only the digital copies come with the code. I would cancel your current preorder and create a new one for the digital download. Then, you should receive all your information via email and the PC App.
It's my understanding we are only offering the digital copy of the game. I hope that helps! Let me know if I can answer any more questions.

Mariel, this has been quite a interesting run for the money, but it seems y'all are trying .
If you could make this happen for someone that did in fact order the physical copy into a digital one allowing for via download on the PC app.
Then my day is over, and your day is won.
