I got a pre-owned game of battlefield 3 and it DIDNT COME WITH AN ONLINE PASS!!!!! Can somone help please ):

You have to download it from the marketplace, once you go into the online option it will ask you to enter the code or purchase it.  Since you bought the game used you lost out on getting the online pass.  Sorry

It is stated that any used product may or may not come with the codes/passes and come as is. In fact their are multiple copies of games that have a sticker on them stating this at my local BBY. As the above poster mentioned you can DL it from the marketplace fora set price ($7-$10 for most)

honestly now a days its not even worth gett ign games used at the reduced price since you have to end up buying an online pass, like in your case
