My problem is that they sent me the code via e-mail but it was the Dog Tag bonus and not the Spec Act Kit they said they were offering. I have called 3 separate times and received no help whatsoever.

I'll join you guys for the no code group. Mine for PS3. Thing about this situation is that I read up on Bestbuy's not giving out codes before with another big game...it was either resistance or uncharted. I thought they would learn from it. Anybody from the West coast? PST?

Hi everyone,

Thanks for letting us know you didn't receive your SPECACT code for Battlefield 3. For those of you that received a code, but is for the wrong content, please sit tight as the issue has been identified and should be resolved soon.

For those that didn't even receive a code, it should've been printed directly on the receipt. If you have a chance within the next few days, I encourage you to return to the store and have them print out your code. All stores should've been made aware of this and should be able to help. If you still get confusion from the store, please advise them to reference their employee communications that were sent out this month, or ask a manager.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and I appreciate your flexibility!
