It's now 2 days after release and still no game. I received gears 3 on release day so why am I not getting this on release day? Is Best Buy aware that there is competition that ships release day guaranteed? I will no longer be buying games from bestbuy.com simply because I want the thing WHEN it comes out and not a week later. Amazon or gamestop for me from now on, what a load of ^#%.

Here it is Thurdsay morning and I still get the error:

"No results were found. One of the following may have occurred: 1) The tracking number was entered incorrectly; please confirm the number and re-enter. 2) We have not received the package or data from the shipper at this time; please try again later."

That has pretty much made up my mind about never using BB online again. No wonder their stock is going down.....

Whats the point of this board if you dont get a response from them either?

Hey guys,

All of your orders shipped out on 10/18 (Tue) even though your tracking may show activity earlier than that.  We aren't able to ship them earlier than the release date.  However, I did look into each of your orders and here is what I found...

sillyowen - It looks like your order is in your city now so it should be arriving really soon.

decado - Your order says it is out for delivery right now.

jayrock0724 - I see what you are saying about that error so I will send you a private message to discuss your pre-order individually.  To check for that message in your forum inbox, simply click the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site (must be logged-in for it to appear).

I certainly hope everyone on here who has been posting about delivery issues, etc give the proper "thanks" to Kyle for updating everyone. Next time though, I suggest people simply purchase the game in-store if they can't wait to play it. Coming into the holiday season means shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx will be overloaded with packages to deliver and that can slow delivery, as well as bad weather can too, so if it's a game you really want to play, I suggest ordering either on the site and selecting in-store pick-up as an option or going into the store and picking a copy off the shelf as a worse case scenario.

  Thank you Kyle for taking time out of your day to address a problem that should never have happened in the first place. I salute you Best Buy, and your innate ability to make people wait for their preorder bonuses that should have arrived on the day of game release. You are truly a tribute to your species and for that I will never shop here in the forseeable future. 

  Goodbye Best Buy, may we never do business again.

I'm wondering where my package is. It says scf houston 773 and that was yesterday morning. Haven't seen any updates since then but who knows. Thanks kyle for all the updates

I as well thank you Kyle for looking at my situation, and I know its not your fault.

However I got an email from the tracking folks.....and its expected to be here on 10/28/11........totally unacceptable and inexcusable.

chlnmtchll - I'm showing your game was delivered approximately 1 hour after you posted so I'm guessing you were too busy to post an update because you were playing it already. 

jayrock0724 - It looks like your tracking number is working now so you should be able to get updates now.  It looks like it is getting closer so it's likely it will arrive before that "Expected delivery date, on or before: October 28, 2011".

Ya kyle when I checked my tracking it wasn't updated but I checked the mail at like 1230 and it was there. Again thanks kyle
