I preordered Batman Arkham CIty on PS3. I recieved the email on the 14th about how they shipped it and it had a  defunct tracking number. I click on the link and it brings me to the Streamlite website where it promptly says: 

"No results were found. One of the following may have occurred: 1) The tracking number was entered incorrectly; please confirm the number and re-enter. 2) We have not received the package or data from the shipper at this time; please try again later."

I've tried retyping it in myself, copy and pasting, every kind of different way to put in the number. I also tried putting a 91 in front of it (even though it only works for UPS mail).

Please help!

Check it on monday. I pre ordered things a couple weeks ago and it kept saying incorrect number but that monday I clicked on it and it appeard to be a couple miles away from my house. Its because its usps they dont do all the crap normal companies do during the weekend because its not considered a business day

Don't worry I checked mine and it says ohio or something I'm sure they are about to ship it and they are just slow at scanning everything

Well I'm royally ticked. I finally have the tracking information and it turns out I won't be getting the game until the 25th! What the heck?! I'm in Michigan and the game is still in Kentucky! The website said that it takes (at most) five days for a package to arrive. I cleared my whole schedule today because I thought I would get the game! 

Best Buy, I would really reconsider doing business with Streamlite. You've just lost another customer.

I preordered the game for Xbox 360 on the 14th with the quickest shipping I believe it was 1-day and it is release day and I have yet to recieve an e-mail or a tracking number.

jonathonjenson - I checked on your order this morning and it has shipped. You're correct it is set to arrive around the 25th. I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointment of not being able to play today. Hopefully it will arrive sooner than expected!

I'm going through the exact same thing! I preordered the game on 8/16, and have been waiting anxiously for this day ever since. I spent $3.00 extra on shipping, expecting the game to arrive on the day of release. If I had known I would have to wait ANOTHER week, I would've saved my money and picked up the game from a BB store. This is inexcusable.

I'm going through the same thing, I should have had it send to the store. Got an email last Friday (10/14/2011) saying it has been shipped but when I enter the tracking number, nothing is there.

Should have gone though someone else for pre-ordering. Depends on if the Robin code come though.....
