So I go with my son to Best Buy, we're there a lot; and we purchase the new Batman Arkham City game.  My son all excited comes home, after we run the 100 or so other errands, opens up his new game and SURPRISE within a "sealed" game there is no disc.  I'm baffled as to how something like that can happen and how am I to explain to customer service tomorrow that there was really no game that came with the packing.  

Will update tomorrow morning after my battle with customer service....  I'm going to be thinking positive and will assume the folks at best buy will be understanding....

Forgot to mention, the package was sealed perfectly... and this was my first time purchasing a game from best buy...

IF you have an issue at the store, you could try contacting the manufacturer as if it was all sealed, it sounds like it was improperly put together at the factory.

Thank you for your post regarding the disc missing from your purchase of Batman: Arkham City. As CrystalWoW stated, it sounds like the packaging was not manufactured properly and contacting the manufacturer would be a good place to start. Upon further research, I see your local store was able to make an exchange for you, and I hope your son is able to enjoy the game!

Yes if the shrink wrap was still perfect (ie no slices or what looked like reheating to cover up the slice) then it was a Quality assurance fail on the company that packaged it.

You should be able to exchange it at BBY.

Indeed my local bestbuy helped me out. They didn't ask me anything just told me to grab another copy.
