I purchased both Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City.  I had no problem downloading the Best Buy Download App but downloading the games are giving me a major headache.  After several attempts, I finally got Arkham Asylum to download.  For no rhyme or reason, it simply would not download, and then out of the blue, it decided to work correctly.  Now I can't download Arkham City.  I've tried several times now but with no luck.  I have rebooted, disabled firewalls, etc., but nothing works.  Can somebody please help me?  I really just want to download the game I've already been charged for.

And for the record, it just says "Download Error" basically immediately after clicking begin download or restart.

Also, a couple times now it has said "downloading" but never gets past 0%.  It's also listing the install size as a mere 447.90 MB???? This seems way to small for the game.

UPDATE:  It's started downloading, but its going slow.  I will keep my fingers crossed!
