i know its been a while since the game has been out, but im just now getting to it. So i perordered BF3 for ps3 online a few days before the game came out, so i could get the preorder bonus. everything went through and said your order is complete. So on release day i go to pick up the game and the guy says theres a problem, it said i had preordered, but i wasnt on a list. i then was sent to the front counter because thats where in store pickups apparently go. well i got sent back to the games section and the guy ended up just re-doing the order and cancelling my preorder. I received the 5 dollar card but no code ever showed up on my email. i am really rethinking ever preordering from Best buy again. i paid you my money for the game, and i expected to get what you advertised. Which I didnt. i was very dissatisfied with this. i just wanted the little code for the game, i did not get that.

It's really dependent on volume and if it's the weekend, but we try to get through the inbox as quickly as possible. I checked where you are and hopefully we'll get to you today - if not, then tomorrow!
