Be careful, I got a free Rocket League with 3 month of Xbox live purchase, recieved my code via email January 3, 2018. Checked my code and it was good and I wanted to give to my bro because I already had game. Went to redeem code last night and it said it was already redeemed which was bizarre. Contacted best buy support this morning and they sent me a new one. I got the email 9:43 am, saw it in my email 10:03 am. Tried to redeem this code and it said it was redeemed. I JUST RECIEVED THIS CODE FROM BEST BUY. I called again and they said they'd send me a third code within 48 Hours. Decided to call up microsoft to see whats up. They checked the code and said the first code was redeemed on 1/4 and was not redeemed on either of my microsoft accounts and the second code, which I GOT 1/8/18 was redeemed JANUARY 6 2018, 2 DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL RECEIVING OF THE CODE. Called back support again and the agent didnt really care and said he'd send me another code. I kept telling him I want the info to be relayed to whoever is sending codes which is apparently called a code specialist and they only have email contact with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I wanted to know someone would be contacted the higher ups about the problem with their code database. After being on hold for 20 mins in and out "Keith" the agent saying the he cant get a supervisor because they are all too busy he finally said he got approval to ship me a gift card in the amount of Rocket League if I would like. I took this deal as this was already taking up too much of my time. I am writing this in hopes that someone here can foward this to the code specialist so they know that they are sending out codes already sent and to also warn everyone about codes they have received that they might already be redeemed.

The fact that a code was redeemed before you even received it shows there's been something wrong with the code database. It's been mentioned before a few times on here and is affecting Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony codes. We need a BBY mod to have somebody contact the appropriate person at corporate to have these issues addressed. Once newer games come out for 2018 with their own DLC, this would be best to be addressed before it becomes more wide spread.
This seems like a system wide problem here that won't go away with a simple private message conversation from the BBY-Gaming account.
