Hi, I notice the pre-order for Diablo 3 Collector's Edition is still up/available. Based on following URL

May I know if I were to pre-order from BBY, would it be a secure/confirm copy? Most of the other online website have already stopped their pre-order of the game.

Just want to make sure if I pre-order it I would get at the end of day.

Hi recently placed an order ({removed per forum guidelines} ) using but it was automatically cancelled due to the following reason.

The order you placed on 4/9/2012 has been cancelled because we were unable to verify your information.

May I have an response as to what kind of information was having an issue? So I can rectify it. Hope BBY customer service can contact me via my email. Hope to hear from someone soon.

It appears that you might be trying to order internationally or with an international credit card. I would encourage you to check out more information on ordering items internationally that can be shipped to a US address, or for in store pick up. If you are looking to get a copy of the Diablo III Collector's Edition, you can still place a preorder at this time for either in store pick up or to be shipped to a valid US address.
