I pre-ordered this game on Mar. 21 and just picked it up this evening, Mar. 27. I have not received any email regarding the pre-order bonus dlc. Should I expect an email with the dlc code? If so, when can I expect it to arrive in my inbox? Please let me. Thank you.

I pre-ordered Detective Pikachu [3DS] on January 21, 2018 and received it on release date (Mar. 23, 2018) via UPS shipping. I did not received an email for the promised Detective Pikachu 3DS Theme. When can I expect this to come in? It has already been five days.
In addition, I pre-ordered Atelier Lydie & Suelle [Nintendo Switch] on Mar. 21, 2018 and picked it up on release date (yesterday). I did not receive the promised pre-order bonus DLC code for this game as well. When can I expect this to come in?
I hope these "promotions"/"pre-order bonuses" are true and not some false advertsing to entise people to purchase from here...
Please let me know of what needs to occur to make this happen. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thanks.

I also preordered Atelier Lydie & Suelle for my Nintendo Switch and did not receive my dlc preorder code.
Please resolve this. And let me know what details you require.

I pre-ordered Atelier Lydie and Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings for Nintendo Switch online and recieved it on the Tuesday it came out. As far as recieving the game itself on time, I am very satisfied. However, there was no code for the pre-order DLC described on the product page printed on the receipt. I checked my email associated with the order and found no code there. I know it hasn't been lost in spam, firstly becuase I checked my spam box and secondly because the twice daily emails from Best Buy offering deals on ipads and Easter toys have all successfully reached my inbox. So, I waited 48 hours, then sent a private message to Gaming-BBY as prescribed in this stickied thread with the required information. I have had no response throuugh the forum or through my email. I notice the posters in this thread have the same problem with missing pre-order DLC codes for this game and also have no response from Best Buy.
I'd really appreciate some indication that I'm not complaining into a void. Resolution regarding the missing pre-order DLC would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Everyone –
Thanks for posting and for your pre-orders. I’m sorry to see there’s confusion regarding some pre-order bonuses, which I’ll be happy to clear up for you.
For Atelier Lydie & Suelle, please know that only the PS4 version of this title qualified for a pre-order bonus code delivered via email, and that we do not have any bonus codes to provide for the Switch version. I apologize for any disappointment or confusion that may have arisen regarding this title and any potential bonuses.
@LorenzoEmpyrean in regards to your Detective Pikachu pre-order. If you’ve checked any spam or promotions folders you may have and are not seeing your pre-order bonus, please follow the steps detailed in our Game Codes – Read Me First thread for instructions on what inbox to contact, and what information to provide so we may assist in getting you your code.

Thanks for responding, Michael. However, please don't shift the blame for this to the customers by calling us confused. Best Buy published an inaccurate product listing for the Switch version that explicitly stated multiple times that the pre-order DLC was included, and then failed to secure that bonus for their customers. This is not a case of ambiguous language, this is a case of clear falsehoods. Customers should be able to trust that a product listing on a major retailer's website is accurate, and it's most disappointing that the official response lacks any acknowledgement of Best Buy's wrong-doing. I'm certain to never purchase any digital product from this company in the future, as this episode has shown that Best Buy can not be trusted to stand behind their product listings.

Explain this then.
Why does it list the DLC bonus.
DO NOT LIE to us and provide what was offered. Your answer is not acceptable. There is no confusion. There is proof.
