I went to the midnight launch and picked up my Collector's Edition, brought it home and my Robin DLC code doesn't work. I've tried it a dozen times rechecked again and again. Have noticed this problem online for some other people too. Tried calling my local store I bought it from and the stupid automated phone service hung up on me 3 times! Getting pretty ticked off. I preorded at BB for the Robin code specifically and now it doesn't work AND I can't get anyone on the phone to help. C'mon BB guy that's hanging out in the forums, give me a hand, a waste a ton of cash at your stores and customer service still sucks.

I'm having the same problem with the non-collector's version. It's always one thing after another with BB, never paying attention to the details.

I think it has to do with the game. I too got my copy from BB because I wanted to play as Tim Drake, but from what I hear from my friends who got their game from Gamestop, the code doesn't work either.  I give it a day or two.  If it doesn't work by then, these female dogs just took us for a loop and got our hopes up just so they can take our money.

I'm guessing you all bought the game for Xbox 360 as this is a known issue for that particular DLC.  We are currently working with Microsoft to fix this.  Please keep your codes as they should work when the fix is in place.  Keep an eye on my post here for updates: Batman: Arkham City Xbox 360 Robin pre-order codes

I picked up my copy of Batman: Arkham City at Midnight, went home and tried to redeem the play as Robin download content only to get the message "This is not a valid code". Is anybody else having any problems?

This has happened to me before but not with Best Buy.

Yes, I'm getting the same problem. My code is "not valid". Every other card code is working fine but not Robin...

Same here, talked to Xbox Support, they said to try again tomorrow.
