Please don't fill this page with angry explanations, as I want to get to the bottom of this.
I have seen that several people who have pre-purchased Guild Wars 2 are now cancelling their order. Is there any way that they could have done this and got their money back? Because I know that digital products are not refundable.
Also, where exactly are people getting stopped by an error message in the PC app? Is it before they are able to log in? Because I am able to log in, but I am not able to access "My Account" as every time that I do, an error message appears. Even if I use the "view orders" link in bestbuy.com and click my downloads.
Is there any way that I/we could talk to someone from Best Buy and have them access our accounts to the point where they could view our downloads, and obtain the serial code, perhaps emailing it to us, so that we do not have to use the PC app, which is not working?
And finally, to the people who have reached the "My Downloads" section of the PC app and are confused as to why nothing happens when they try to download your Guild Wars 2 Digital Download, this is because there is nothing to download, (I am assuming) but only a serial code, which is what you need in order to register for an account for Guild Wars 2, through this website: https://register.guildwars2.com/
I can see why a lot of people are angry, but I don't get why everyone is getting angry at Kyle, who is trying to help us...

I prepurchased Guild Wars 2 yesterday. I also installed the Best Buy PC App, which apparently gives the serial code for my purchase. However when I try to click on the "My Account" Section of the application, the program "hangs up", and eventually an error message appears, stating that an unexpected error has occured. So, I cannot reach the "my downloads" section of the application, which holds my account's serial code, and therefore cannot register for the beta.

The bestbuy pc app is corruently experiencing issues. You will not be able to particip[ate in the gw2 beta if you purchased from this peice of s.hit company. Have a great day!

I'm sorry for the troubles you ran into trying to obtain your Guild Wars 2 code via PC App over the weekend.
I believe we ran into some hang-up with our servers that may have been causing the errors you were seeing when trying to navigate PC App. Have you since been able to locate your code? It should be up and running optimally now.
If not, feel free to send me a private message with your order number because I wasn't able to locate one using the email address you have registered on these forums.
