I purchased a $50 psn code 5 hours ago and still have no code in my email! I was told it would take 15 minutes and its been 5 hours. I thought this code ordering was a cool service and i was looking forward to making future orders but not if it doesn't actually work!

Got the same problem here. The money has been withdrawn but i haven't got the code for my $20 card yet. Is this normal or should i do something?

Under normal circumstances, orders for digital content can be fulfilled in as little as 15 minutes.  From time to time, however, individual orders may be held by our support team for additional payment authorization.  This process may result in a 24-48 hour delay before an order can be fulfilled.

That being said, I was able to locate your accounts using the e-mail addresses you used to register for the forum.   Anguzbeef, it’s my understanding that your order was fulfilled earlier today.  If you haven’t already done so, I’d encourage you to check both your inbox and junk e-mail folders for a confirmation message.  Dennis_k, it appears that your order was temporarily delayed for the aforementioned reason.  You should be notified as soon as an update is available, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox for additional communication.
