Yeah, I still think that Best Buy should be partnered with UPS when it comes to delivering games/packages. They do an excellent job =)

ThIs may have been said already but these forums are not mobile friendly and I did not want to sort through 5 pages of replies but TheJawa is incorrect. Playing a legitimate copy of a game before release is not a bannable offense according to Microsofts own Septo at the xbox forums. "If you have purchased the game from a legitimate retailer who broke the street date and play online, you will not get banned for that alone. However, if you play illegitimate titles of any kind at any time, you run the risk of being banned.." Also at TheJawa I have preorder several games from GStop and all but a handlful have arrived on launch day the 3 that didn't were UPS shipping errors misrouting the packages.
----------ALWAYS check your purchased items for damage before leaving the store. If you never leave the store and check it in front of a employee it removes all doubt that you might have damaged the item.----------
