Can your reciept be recovered when you lose it after buying the product?

yes and no. It depends on how you paid.

1. Cash - No (unless you used a rewards zone card.

2. Credit or debit card - yes

3. if you used a BB rewards zone card.

What is the process for getting a replacement receipt.  I need one for a Windows 7 Upgrade.  I didn't know I'd need it .....  :- (

Just walk into any store and provide them the means of purchase. This can be credit card, debit card, reward zone card or gift card.

If you paid by cash, you are out of luck.
