I paid the 30 bucks online for an online activation and never received the email to activate the account although bestbuy.com is saying they've sent the email. I am beginning to get frustrated as I feel as though I just wasted 30 bucks, is there anything I can do to get this problem fixed ASAP? Thanks in advance.
