Similar problem here as well, except for the fact that I've purchased my gamer's club unlocked membership since September. For the past three months now, I've been calling Customer Support. More than half of the time, nobody has a clue about what I'm talking about. The other 1/4 of the time, they hang up on me. The reminaing 1/4 of the calls, they tell me that my coupons would be sent to my email within 3 days, which clearly isn't happening.

I am sorry to hear you still haven’t received your welcome coupons. They would have been sent by now, so I’m afraid we can’t get a second one out to you today.
