Recently, I had purchased a game that was marked as clearance and didn't receive the 20% GCU discount. I reviewed the benefits, which made no mention that clearance items were excluded from the discount nor would any of the other terms exclude the purchase from being discounted further. Additionally, I recall receiving the discount on a previously purchased clearance item. Why didn't I receive the discount?
