Problem with Return of videogames

Hello bestbuy,

I am a gamer's club member and made a purchase of 5 videogames regularly priced at $19.99 each from a local bestbuy store. I price-matched all 5 games to Fry's Electronics for $9.99 each. The customer service rep did have trouble price-matching and needed a manager to come by to get the system to accept it.

 

Today i tried to return two of the games and was told I should keep them since I would only get $2 back! I should get $9.99 each plus tax. Customer service showed me the receipt and said she can't give me $9.99 each because of the 'VID GM BNDL' showing up. Here is what my receipt looks like for the games i tried to return...

I think something went wrong at time of price match. It seems like my 20% Gamers Club discount changed to a bundle and then the manager at time of purchase just added an extra $6 discount. There was definitely no bundle deals going on for these games when I made this purchase. The manager said she couldn't do anything about the return and suggested I try reaching out here for refund help and an investigation into why bundle showed up.
