ordered and recived on 23rd of Oct and 27 of Oct
I still have not recived 10 dollar credit for it
its been almost 40 days for it.
I see a lots of people are having same issue,
I want mine to get addressed as well

I am having the same issue and have not recieved my $10 certificate for my Destiny 2 preorder. I private messaged "GamersClub-BBY" with my order number and member ID but i have not yet had a reply.
Any help would be appreicated. Thanks

So I pre-ordered Destiny 2, and picked it up from a Best Buy store on 10/24, yet I still do not have the $10 reward certificate. I understand it can take 15-20 days for certificates to be issued, but it's been 45 days now... I sent a private message to one of the Mods yesterday but I've received no response yet. I'm assuming others are having the same issue that I am and would like this resolved. Thanks.

Same deal for me, they are just merging our posts into this thread while completely ignoring our PMs. I've had problems with this shoddy points system Best Buy has peddled for a while now... It's borderline false advertising when they state we get a $10 certificate for a preorder and then have to go through months of runaround trying to get what we are owed. It took me almost 2 months to get points for a purchase I made back in April. Also, this rewards certificate offer had nothing to do with Gamers Club Unlocked, it was a straight forward pre-order offer to get the certificate.
