Was told to wait till the 20th if I have not recieved my $10 reward zone pre order bonus and it is the 20th now and I have not recieved my $10 reward zone certificate.

Oct. 24th release date.
Waited for 15-20days just to find out I won't receive it in that quoted time frame.
11/21 Sent DM to BBWhoever.
11/26 still not a word. That's my experience so far, comically inept.

This is by no means solved; points have still not been awarded. I also messaged GamersClub-BBY the day we were told to do so, but have received zero response or indication that anyone is actually doing anything. =/
