its been 4 days now, sent 2 PMs to 2 different Mods, they haven't even opened my messages yet. I post to the forum about my issue, it gets merged to another forum that has nothing to do with my issue. What is the recourse for getting my issue figured out? is it really that difficult to respond to a PM after 4 days? the lack of support on this site is pathetic, and would like another avenue to get this resolved before it gets forgotten entirely.

This points system is pathetic. It's a classic bait and switch, the switch being them withholding your points from you until you're at wits end and extremely frustrated and then they reluctantly bestow them upon you. I've hit my last straw and will not be hitting Elite Plus again next year, because the quality of service provided to their loyal customers is garbage.

This isn't even a gamers club issue, this was a promotion offered to anyone with a My Best Buy account. I understand you guys are busy and understaffed, but not even acknowledging or opening our PMs and simply replying to them that you are looking into it is below the minimal standard of customer service.

I also preordered Destiny 2 way back in October a few days before the release date for PC and I never got the 500 points. I need a fix on this too.

Hello I am posting because I haven't gotten my $10 reward certificate (500 points) for pre-ordering Destiny 2 for PC. That order was placed on 10/22/17 and I picked up the game on 10/26/17. That was some time ago and I've even already recieved my points for Battlefront 2 which I ordered after Destiny (although I never got my pre-order bonus from that). Any help would be appreciated.
