Online Purchase of Gamers Club Unlocked Not Showing On My Account

On Monday morning (3/14/17), I made a gaming purchase and as I was checking out I was prompted and asked if I wished to sign up for Gamers Club Unlocked, seeing that it would save me 20% on both games I was pre-ordering (a savings of $28 right then and there) as well as 20% off any game purchase in the future, I felt this would be a worthwhile investment...afterall, it was almost paying for itself right now.

 

I completed my purchase and this morning I got an email that GCU was activated to my account and to verify and check, I just go to the "Rewards" tab in My Best Buy account, and select "Overview" from there and it would be in the top right corner. It is not there.

 

In fact, when I go to purchase a game, I do not receive any discount whatsoever. I have cleared my cache/temporary internet files and I have tried with a different internet browser, neither of which has worked.

 

What is the solution here?

Same here. I purchased GCU this morning, but I'm not seeing any way to see if it's activated. When I put games in my cart, I'm not getting a discounted price.

lol and of course right after I posted that, I'm seeing the discounted prices in my cart now. Hope it works for you soon!
