Like others on these forums, I'm noticing long after the fact that I never got any $10 reward certificate for pre-ordering Super Mario Odyssey. If I look back in my rewards history, I can see that since 10/21/17 the only rewards points I've received were were the standard points earned on purchases (ones made in Best Buy or using my Best Buy credit card at other locations). I don't see any mention of the Odyssey pre-order bonus, nor do I see any exact amount anywhere matching 500 points ($10).
Given that I pre-ordered Super Mario Odyssey back on 6/15/2016, that (if I remember correctly) the game was shipped to me on the release date, and that it's nearly 5 months since the game released, I imagine I should have already received the $10 reward by now. The only thing I can think of is that the bonus collectible coin that came with the game had a delayed delivery (later than the game itself) from what I recall, but I don't see how that'd really matter here. I can provide any order/account details as needed to investigate this matter.
