I ordered the Gamer's Club Unlocked membership online on March 20 and have yet to receive the welcome email that contains coupons, even though in my order history it says instructions emailed. Have also contacted Best Buy by phone 3 times and have yet to receive this email, even though they said it should arrive in 3-5 days. Have even checked spam folders and still nothing. I receive all the other emails from Best Buy just fine. Please help, as I would like to make use of these coupons in the welcome email, and phone support has been no help.
