My Gamers Club Membership Not Working

So, initially I called customer support to tell them my issue and was pretty blown away at how rude and unprofessional the entire experience was. I was transferred to Geek Squad at first, who transferred me to someone else. I told her my issue, then she cut my off and said that it was a Geek Squad issue and re-transferred me to them. Obviously, I was transferred once more, this time to a different person who asked me a few questions about my issue. I told him what was going on, got a long pause of silence, then a response of "...Okay then?" then was placed on hold again. After waiting for a few minutes, I was hung up on. Smiley Happy Great experience all around, especially considering I'm an elite plus member.

Onward to my actual issue... I have been a member of My Gamer's Club since April of last year and just noticed I am no longer considered a member despite having purchased a two year membership. I haven't been getting discounts on any of the games I purchase or any of the other perks, and I'm wanting to get credit for them. At one point I had customer service merge my old account with my new one so I'd get the points for the TV I purchased with the new credit card I opened up, so I think I may have lost my membership when they transferred my info to my new account.

My old account information was under the email address {removed per forum guidelines} which has not been used in a very long time. The account I had them transfer all of my info to was {removed per forum guidelines}. Please assist - I'm pretty annoyed at this point after being given the run-around, and while I don't think I'm special by any means, I would think you would take much better care of your customers (especially those who spend as much as me).

Prior to getting your response I contacted customer service via phone again and was expecting to have another bad experience, but was completely floored at how professional and helpful the representative I spoke to today was! His name was Manny, and he was very empathetic and understanding during our entire conversation... It was a total 180 from what I experienced before, and I want to publicly recognize him for how patient and helpful he was. He said he figured out my issue and that the changes to my account should take effect in the next day or so. Having said that, I do have a few questions and concerns so I will still send you a private message. Thank you so much for getting back to me.

Hello. So again, Manny was great to speak with... But it has now been over a week, and my account still does not have the Gamers Club Unlocked added back onto it, and I have still not had my $15 in certificates added to my account. I would love for this to be resolved so I don't have to keep bringing it up and checking on it.
