Membership issue

I recently purchased another 2 years of gcu since I noticed my membership lapsed
I did this online since it said it would activate from there but it hasn't done so it just says it's ready for download in the order status but it isn't reflected in my account page as being a gcu member dunno what I should do

Thanks for posting, and for being a continued GCU Member. I’m sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with your membership, which I’ll be happy to look into for you.


Using the information you registered with the forums I was able to locate your account, and am showing your GCU Membership as fully activated and discount applying online like it should be. Please be aware that we expect GCU to take a business day or two to activate, so if you purchased at the end of the week that could have been the cause for the delay. That said if you have any questions or further concerns please feel free to post again.
