I just renewed my Gamer's Club Unlocked membership, as it was coming due on 05/17/18. I did this online a couple of days ago and received a message that my membership would expire on 03/04/20. Why would this new membership not just extend out the existing membership for two years instead of replacing the membership with a new one and losing the existing time that was still on it. At no time did it mention anything about existing members losing time on their membership if they renew before expiration. Could someone contact me privately to discuss this matter and adjust the time on my current membership so that the expiration date would be 05/17/20?

Welcome back to our forums and thank you for continuing to be a part of our Gamers Club Unlocked team! It’s disheartening to hear your GCU expirations dates aren’t adding up and I can absolutely understand the concern. Upon renewing your membership should stack on to the existing expiration date. I would be more than happy to review our account and renewal to see if I can clear this up for you.
In order to keep your information secure, please send me a private message with your My Best Buy number and the purchase details of your renewal. Either your order number or Customer Service Pin (can be found at the bottom of your receipt) should be sufficient. If you have any questions please let me know and I eagerly await to hear from you!
