i bought the gamer club for almost a year, but it still not update to my account.
It only give me one time discount when i bought my game with it only

Welcome to our forums and thanks for reaching out to us on this. I’m concerned to hear you’re not seeing your GCU Membership after purchasing it nearly a year ago, so I’ll be happy to look into this and advise you.
Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to locate and review your account, as well as your GCU purchase from last year. I do see you purchased the physical gifting version of GCU, which required bringing the physical card you should have received into a store to be activated at a register. If you did not have your card activated at a store your membership would not be applied to your account. If you still have your card I recommend heading into your local store to have them complete the activation process for you so you can take advantage of your membership benefits.
