I am an elite member and I bought Gamers unlocked for the first time and they told you would get the coupons an hour after you order then nothing, I talked to the first day and told me 3 days maximum, I talked to them 3 days after and nothing and just talked to them and still no help at all
the chat told me to call and give me a number and called and it was out of working hours and give me a case number which is (removed per forum guidelines)
please fix this and have some respect for me as I spent every day talking to you waiting without nothing if this matter happened with Amazon, it would be fixed in minutes
just fix it
