Hello, i recently made a purchase of some pre orders game and the gamers club service as well. Now im looking to make another purchase of some other games but i do not seem to be getting the discount applied at check out. Not sure what to do?

Hello, did you purchase the GCU online? If so, how long has it been? Typically when buying the GCU online it takes a few days to activate. If you bought in a local store you may want to call in (888-237-8289) and talk with My Best Buy so they can activate it on your account. Also, make sure you are signed in to your account on BestBuy.com to view the discount. If your account is not signed in it will not show the adjusted price. Hope all goes well.
