Account not activated

For my birthday in June some friends purchased the Gamers' Club for me.  I received the welcome package in the email, but the account does not appread to be activated or linked to My Best Buy account.

 

This is quite frustrating.

Bought GCU on 5/29/17. Not applied to my account. Bestbuy website wanted me to buy it again.

GCU purchased 7/21 not activating correctly

Hi, I purchase GCU through bestbuy.com 3 days ago. I received the discount on a few games I purchased together with the GCU, but I made another purchase tonight and I was overcharged (was not given the 20% discount). I have received no welcome packet or activation e-mail. The service does appear to be activated when viewing my rewards in my account info, and the 20% off prices show up when browsing the website. However, the discount is not always reflected upon viewing my cart, and I was charged full price for the games I bought. I have already tried following advice in other forums such as clearing my cache & cookies, and using different browsers / devices. I have also read the FAQ, but since I did not receive an activation e-mail of any sort, I cannot follow the directions there.

This is extremely frustrating, and I was hoping some one who does support on these forums could see that I get refunded the 20% I overpaid. I do not wish to have to call customer support due to very unpleasant and unhelpful past calls to best buy support, and it does not appear that e-mail or chat is even a valid option for contacting support (which is hard to believe in this day and age). Please let me know what my next steps should be. Thanks.

Two issues...

Why wont my gamers club work for online purchases? No issues in the store. I have checked my profile and nothing shows? Second I noticed in this forum that people discussing coupons when signing up? I do not recall receiving any coupons.... How can I get this fixed?

Gamers Club Unlocked Not Activated

I bought the gamersclub subscription via BBY online, however it doesn't appear to be activated although I received the email confirming the subscription. When I go to pre-order a game, it offers the subscription purchase and the price of the game is also the original MSRP at checkout. 

 

Please advise.

GCU Activation

This is regarding {removed per forum guidelines}.  I pre-ordered FIFA 18 along with the Gamers Club Unlocked membership.  The order details shows that the GCU membership is ready for download but when I go to my digital library, it is empty.  I called Best Buy customer support and they gave me reference ID {removed per forum guidelines}.  Why do I need a ticket to get this activated?  Please resolve this issue.

Gamers Club not Activating

I purchased the $30 2 year Gamer's Club Unlocked and it is not activating.  It says that it is available for download but nothing is in my digital library.  What do I do?

Gamers Club Unlocked 2 Year Membership Run Around on another member

It worked on the one item I bought with the club membership,  but it is not working on new games, tried calling was passed around like candy on Halloween.  No resolution,  please help

I have the *exact same issue*. I bought it, wasted 2+ hours on the phone and no one has been able to give me a straight answer for the membership.
