That's good for you guys, I hope you don't suffer the same fate as it seems I have in not getting the "Special Welcome Coupons." Been checking both junk mail and regular, no luck.

I tried to buy a game and the 2-year option. I selected add to cart.
Then, when I went to buy it...only the full price of the game shows up.
Please help!

@malawi this sounds like a browser cache/cookies issue we’ve seen before. I recommend clearing your cart, signing out of your BestBuy.com account, clearing your browsers cache/cookies/history, sign back into your account and try again. If the issue persists I recommend trying with a different browser or with our App.

Tried it. Still didn't work. Even went from a PC to Mac and still know luck.

@malawi whats the SKU of the game you're trying to purchase with GCU? There are some qualifications with the program, and not all titles are eligible for the discount.

Hello! I bought the Gamers Club Unlocked membership for 30 dollars (2years). However, when I go to check out, it keeps asking me if I'd like to buy it.... again. Just wondering what I should do, if anything, to help the issue. Thank you! <3

I called the dedicated Elite Plus line as I'm a member and they were able to "push" it thru. They said that they will share the issue with the higher ups.
Now, let's see if it shows up in my account in a few days.

Seeing this all over these forums, and have already followed the normal advice of checking the FAQ it has been more than 3 days and nothing has changed. What is wrong with Gamers club unlocked exactly?
