I purchased gamers club unlocked 2 days ago (03 -14 -16) and have had some issues. I added gamers club unlocked and 2 new games to my shopping cart. The 20% discount was applied.
HOWEVER, the gamers club status has not been put onto my account. When I try to add more games to my shopping cart, the discount is not applied. Additionally, the $10 bonus for preordering a video game has not been delivered. When I go to the recently purchased section of my account, I am offered the chance to download gamers club unlocked. Clicking on this link will direct me to a blank digital download library.
Now of course my expiration date is 2 years from the 14th yet since my initial purchase I am unable to utilize the benefits. If I was two days late on my credit card payment no question i'd be charged!

The membership can take 1-3 business days to reflect on your My Best Buy Member ID. If you don't see the GCU tomorrow afternoon, then please try logging out of your account and back in. Also, you may need to clear your browsing history or try a different Internet browser.
