I'm happy to say I renewed my GCU membership for another 2 years. I find it exceptional value and have never had an issue with the service until now.
My GCU originally expired on March 8th, 2017. On that day, I went to a store and purchased another 2 years for $30. The cashier told me it might take a day or two to register the renewal. However, 2 days later and I'm still not receiving discounted prices on games I add to the shopping cart. Looking at my Rewards Page shows me that I am indeed a GCU member, so why am I not seeing the reduced prices?
I can provide Customer Service PIN information for when I made my purchase on March 8th, but hopefully you can see that remotely.
Please advise, as I would like to pre-order some games!
