So, got a gamers club unlocked account a month or two ago, asked them to tie it to my current account. I get the discounts, and they find me in the system whenever i check out, but when I log into my account using my email address, neither the purchases I made nor the gamers club is tied to that account.
Funny thing is I get the gamer club emails to the email I log in with. I give them my phone number when at check-out, and I get my receipt at my email address. But my account, tied to the same email, has none of this information.
Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks!
